About Liz

Approach:

I graduated in Health Sciences and Herbal Medicine (London), followed by a Nutrition Diploma (Bristol) in 2005. My aim is to find the root cause of symptoms at one to one consultations, using laboratory tests, evidence based nutrition medicine research and assess lifestyle factors, diet, medication and supplements to restore optimum health.

I assess pH balance, vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, inflammation levels, in fact, all aspects of your diet and how this may be affecting your symptoms and all aspects of your health, both physically and emotionally.

Nutritional therapy, herbal medicine and naturopathy provided the answers to my own health problems and led me to study these subjects in depth, enabling me now to share this wonderful approach to preventative health care and support my clients towards achieving their goals and optimum health.

Cancer and Nutrition:

If you’re concerned about cancer, or have a diagnosis, you may be faced with a raft of conflicting information about what to eat and what not to eat. As a BANT-registered nutritional therapist, I can help you navigate the maze, to find a personalised diet that will provide optimum health support.

My BANT-recognised enhanced training allows me to work with anyone with a diagnosis or suspected diagnosis of cancer. By creating a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan for you this can help you manage side effects and feel your best at any stage of your cancer journey.

Qualifications:

  • BSc health sciences & herbal medicine

  • Cert HP Certificate health promotion

  • DNN Diploma Natural Nutrition

  • Dip AIT Diploma allergy intolerance therapy

  • BANT Accredited clinical supervisor

  • NTEC Systems Approach to Cancer from Dr Nina Fuller-Shavel

“Massive thanks for the help and advice given with the food intolerance test. The difference it has made after just a short space of time is truly amazing! I am less bloated, have more energy and my troublesome skin has totally disappeared. I will be recommending you.”
